Once we have an idea of what the needs are, I’ll reach out to my network to collect bids on various solutions. Depending on what this entails, a flat rate for these services will be negotiated at this time as well.

Bring together the necessary people + resources, and get to work!

At this point, you can choose to have Darren make the necessary introductions and bow out, or stay on at an hourly rate as an advocate and project manager to ensure your project is completed on time, on budget, and with minimal disruption to your operations.

Support
Support services are available for a monthly fee. This could be for ongoing processes such as system administration (creating new users, maintaining systems, etc.), creating reports, or simple analytics.
